Account Hacked

Using the Betway IOS app. Money was just withdrawn from my account while I was in a game. And all they can say is that their team is looking into it. So now the money is gone and they cannot reverse the withdrawal. How can a withdrawal take place while you are in a game, surely security measures exist for this not to happen... Not to mention how the account was hacked in the first place.
