My betway account was hacked, I reported this matter and subsequently my account was suspended with more than 7k in it. It has been three weeks since I have been trying to get my account reinstated. I have sent all the required documents, screenshots and verified my account, but for some reason my account is still suspended and I'm getting frustrated by the delay.
I have reached out to support several times but I'm not getting any positive response, they always say please wait for 24-48 hours and I'm done waiting😡..... I want a resolution as soon as possible.
