We've been experiencing constant server crashes on games, particularly with Light and Wonder, which resets the progress of the pot bonus trigger in progressive jackpots. It’s extremely frustrating for players who invest R5000-R10000, only to lose all progress when the game crashes, forcing them to start over, deposit more money, and face further crashes when the pot is full, often ending up with just R1000, this situation forces players to deposit again and try again. This may seem like a clever tactic in the short term, but it is likely to lead to a decline in revenue in the long run.

Given that you have direct API integration from your providers, I urge your support team to coordinate with your partners to rectify this issue promptly.

Additionally, support from Betway has become non-existent. All this has made me join other casinos now.
