Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely appalling service , I didn't listen to the public reviews and joined betway UK . I tried calling them ***, this number goes to a automated system that tells you to visit the website or live chat that's also automated and cannot help . I sent several emails regarding Casio bonuses but haven't got a reply yet.. it's been 1 week already. This is a disgrace and my feeling is that customer support doesn't exist. Better joining anyone else.
