Eft not reflecting on my account

I've made a payment via eft to betway standard bank account it was an immediate payment my confirmed that the funds went out to their bank but they are not allocating it. It's been 3 days still the money is not reflecting on my bank account I've provided them with my bank statement. I'm just surprised coz the money should straight to my betway account.
