Dishonor of self exclusion application

I'm writing this as a struggling recovering addict who set up a self exclusion in November 2025 through Western Cape gambling board wh have confirmed that after verification and setting the exclusion on their end they then distributed the self exclusion to other gambling boards on other provinces nationally which was done on 17th of December 2025, however I was able to register to m.betsetwin.co.za and lost about R25000 now month end of July 2026 meaning the Eastern Cape national gambling board did not honor my application to be excluded on all online gambling site and do not take into consideration people's well being. Reason I app**** for self exclusion was that I no longer gain access to this site even when I relapse, which I did. I'm now overly indebted because of gambling and I'm asking for a refund as this restriction was meant to be set in place months ago.
