Betting world is *******!!!

I went to betting world emperors palace on Saturday the 18th August to place a horse bet at Fairview Race 6 no. 6, it was a R1000 win and R2000 place. I then left to a friend which was 1h30min away from the betting world.

30min later the meeting was moved from grass to poly track. Race 6 then started and the two tickets I took had won. I went back later on to redeem my winnings and the gentleman refused to pay my winnings because the tracks had changed. I then told him I wasn’t betting on the tracks I bet on the horse. It doesn’t matter if the track changes the bet should stand!!!!! They said they refunded all tickets because of the change of race tracks, I said that is absolutely nonsense!!!!

They then refunded my tickets and I have proof of the ticket numbers!!!

If this is not rectified I will be taking this matter to social media and the gambling board! I’ve already started telling people that bet at betting world about this and trust me word of mouth spreads!
