BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Yesterday I placed a bet for my mother on the powerball and powerball plus. The ticket my mother gave had all the information on and it stated clearly which was the powerball. Today I went to Check the ticket and it was winning ticket, now firstly the lady declined the winning ticket as the powerball was not circled when in actual fact the paper given with the number was circled. </p> <p>Now I personally didn't know what to look out for as I gave the lady the paper with the numbers my mom played and she gave me the ticket back. She never made mention to me stating that you need to circle the powerball. My mother knew this,but me personally the person that bought it never knew nor was I informed at the time of betting.</p> <p>So first mistake,the lady never gave the ticket exactly how my mother wrote it on the page.</p> <p>Secondly, you should inform people or ask them if they would like to Indicate the powerball. Or just merely follow what you see on the damn page of you don't want to as****!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The lack of customer service is disgusting actually. </p> <p> </p>
