Terrible Service from Bettersteam Cleaning Services

Came to my house almost 2 hours late with a beat up half broken cleaning machine that tripped my lights (apparently exposed wires that fell into the water inside my sitting room that they almost flooded) and scratched my tiles. The couches weren't cleaned properly and still had grime on the top and arms of the chairs. When I complained to the owner and asked for my money back I offered to pay for the chemicals and the carpet they cleaned because that was the only thing they did a proper job on. The owner said they don't do refunds and that they will send someone back to re-clean my couches. I agreed and asked that they came back either Monday or Tuesday at 3pm. No one pitched up, I do not recommend this cleaning service to anyone.
