Better Steam destroys your carpets not clean them

Warning!!! Do not use this company!! Unless you want your carpets and upholstery to be destroyed. I wish I had read reviews before using their services. They claim to use quick drying technology, yet my carpets took 3 days to dry, are rock hard (if you had to bend them you could break them) and it looks as if it was cleaned with a rake. The completely mutilated a brand new carpet. Save your money and your belongings and avoid this company
