NO LUCK WITH MY MOP

Unhappy Customer - they have my money and I do not have a Bettermop! I ordered via Facebook which I thought was a trusted source, was Invoiced and paid. this was back in July and no sign of my mop. emails just get returned. I fear this was a ****.
