If you see an advert online promoting what seems to be a fantastic Mop for cleaning your house, think twice, I personally was intrigued by the functionality and practicality of this Mop and surely went through the process of purchasing the Mop plus 3 extra Mop replacement Pads. All was done on the 18th July 2021 with a maximum of 10 to 15 days waiting period, I am typing this rating on the 10th August 2021. There is a support email *** which if used, will be returned as a failed mailer-daemon a Gmail account that does not exist. Soo, I am unable to ask for a refund R446.00 I am trying with my bank to reverse payment but it looks like I waited too long. There Website looks extremely legit and the methods of payment however, there is no way at all to contact them. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM GETBETTERMOP
