Beware of this company

On 20 July 2021 I saw an advert on facebook for a mop from a company called BetterMop. I purchased the mop and received a confirmation of payment from the company. I was told that I would receive my mop in 5-10 working days. After not receiving it after 15 days I tried contacting the company, but the emails bounce back and there is no other way of getting in contact with this company. I have reported the company to Facebook and have also reported this transaction as ***** to my credit card company.
