BetterMop ****?

I ordered, and paid, on the 1st August 2021. I received confirmation of my order and have not heard another word from them since! There is no phone number anywhere and I have sent numerous requests to the Customer Service line but no reply is forthcoming. Their website looks so professional but maybe it is all a ****?
