Worst service for pre qualification.

Worst service ever. Did a pre qualification and filled in the average salary gross and nett filled in our expenses including living costs and it came back with expenses almost 10 000 more than our expenses. Extra income was even denied but showed as an expense. Medical aid was listed but my husband doesnt even have medical aid. Very furious and disappointed in the service.
