WHAT. A. STRUGGLE. Horrible communication from our consultant, which resulted is constant back and forth trying to get a proper response (IF I WAS LUCKY TO GET A RESPONSE). He even laughed at me when I brought it to his attention! Don't get me started on the laziness, doesn't review docs, does not explain, all he did was forward emails. Never again
