Waste of time!!
Absolute horrible bond originator . Jane took 2 weeks with my application , only to had it over to SA Home Loans - no communication what so ever(no phone call, no mail- just SA Home loan mailing me) and guess what, I lost the house because it too long . Don't waste your time with BetterBond and go with SA Home Loans- at least they are willing to go over and beyond for you.

The real estate agent had to tell me what the banks were saying because she never bothered to let me know anything until I got a mail from SA Home Loans . The real estate agent had to tell me why SA Home Loans was called in . Does it look like I got any information from Jane ? No ! does it look like I got any feedback what so ever from Betterbond ? No !
