Unhelpful and Arrogant Employee: Curtis

I usually do not do this but as a first time home seeker, I found BetterBond's employee, Curtis, extremely unhelpful and arrogant. He continuously spoke over me and did not give me the platform to ask the necessary questions. I would advise management to listen to the voice recording and train him accordingly.

With our high unemployment rate in South Africa, I am shocked that people are still this bad at their jobs. Please do better. I have now decided to pursue a competitor because of his bad service.
