<p>My husband and I are in a process of acquiring a bond and the agent whom we are dealing with recommended we use BetterBond to assist us with bond applications.</p> <p>We gave an instruction to Heyley Appel not to submit an application with FNB and Nedbank as we will do our own applications with them due to our reasons we had and we also explained those reasons to Heyley however she tried to convince us otherwise but we maintained our instruction to her.</p> <p>To our disappointment Heyley decided to act against our instruction and proceeded to submit applications with the above mentioned banks.</p> <p>On the 10 July 2017 I called Heyley to ask why she went against our instruction and asked her to withdraw the two applications which she said she would do. At around 2pm I called her office and spoke to her PA Ina to get an update on the withdrawal and Ina confirmed via email that Heyley had withdrawn the applications and was waiting for confirmation emails.</p> <p>To my surprise this morning I found out that the applications were not withdrawn as per confirmation received yesterday from Heyley and Ina. I had to call Ina to find out why they gave me false information? And they only withdrew both applications this morning after I gave Ina a call.</p> <p> </p>
