Turning a negative, into a highly recommended positive

I would like to commend both Andrew and Melanie for their outstanding professionalism and efficiency, I had recently had a bad experience with their junior representative's, Melanie than intervened and converted this negative situation into a positive one, Andre was highly knowledgeable and experienced he assigned to rectify the errors of the previous agent of which he did accurately and efficiently, his actions has restored my perception of his company and I will wholeheartedly recommend his services, he is truly an asset to his institution.
