This kind of service can cost us the deal!

After receiving a Pre-qualification from them I was referred to Lucy Naidoo to assist with the bond application. Service has been terrible. She doesnt call back, doesnt explain the process or her role in it, a simply email would do, I had to actually call her to discuss to get feedback, yet her emails would say "Ive tried call you..." i have had no missed calls. We chose to go with ABSA with our own requirements, after clearly stating in email what is agreed in our OTP, they also have a copy of the OTP, still the quote is incorrect. THIS CAN SO LITERALLY COST US THIS DEAL as we are already over the deadline to provide a bond. She has not taken the time to understand our requirement clearly stated in email to her. Literally first contact with her was 26 Oct and we today received another incorrect quote which now needs more time to correct.
