Terrible Service at BetterBond Port Elizabeth

Terrible terrible service at Port Elizabeth from one of their ladies. Emailed her to assist me with a bond approval or at least do a pre-aproval and let me know what I can qualify for, for my second house. She just said sorry you do not qualify for a second bond, not willing to assist me with anything else or answering any of my questions I asked via email. Subsequently, all major banks have given me a quote for a 100% bond through OOBA !
