Service that NEVER dissapoints

Once again, I used Betterbond (Emily Jwili) to assist me in purchasing properties and as usual, I got the most satisfying service (not that I am surprised). I just love how it's not just about me buying the property but how Emily makes it seem like it's nothing. I am still shocked by her prompt service...my 1st bond was approved within days of submission (and after bothersome phone calls of her wanting all the necessary documents...lol). While we were busy with the 1st bond, Emily sent me a text and phoned me to inform me that she was going on leave and that Judy Thompson will be handling everything while she was away. I was very worried as I have never worked with anyone but Emily. She assured me that I was in good hands and that I should be at ease Judy knows what she's doing. Judy phoned me, as well to inform me that she'll be handling the deals while Emily is away (talk about GREAT customer service). Everything went smoothly with Judy and my 2nd bond was approved with no hassles as well.
