Sale chasing Consultants!!

Terrible service! A few of these consultants are only chasing the sale.. They do it openly and do not hide the fact. First of all the consultant took 4days to get back to me, i literally had to email her for feeback update... When she eventually got back to me and advised me that i do not qualify due to low credit score that was the last email i received from her.. She did not go through lengthy measures to ensure that i understand what was meant or how to improve my credit score.. Even i had to sent her an email asking what can be done.. She had no compassion to further assist me or to ensure that i was happy and was well assisted nor was she interested to know if i had anymore questions.. The automated email sent out by better bond clearly states that consultants go to lenvthy measures to ensure clients are happily assisted but even reading all these reviews it clearly shows that statement is false.. As a consultant you should always have compassion even if you don't get the sale. Stop chasing deals and ensure tgat clients are educated on the service you offer, you never know if this client could give you referrals in future. So disappointed
