Rozanne Holein, Team Leader to Hell.

I dealt with the first consultant that took leave during the 2nd week of my bond process. She handed over to their fantastic ‘Team Leader’ Rozanne Holein. She did nothing. Absolutely useless. Never communicated with me at all. Never asked me for docs that the bank needed. I called the bank myself only to find out. Did not communicate that I needed to motivate my application. She took leave .. never mentioned it while my Offer to purchase was running out of time. Refuse to call me back when I left messages.called back after 3 days while I have no clue what’s going on. Until the last day of my offer was going to expire I called everyone I could to get ahold of her. And called bank myself. She had such a stinking attitude. No care for time at all .. no one can transfer calls to Mrs ‘Team Leader’ she don’t take calls. More like a Team leader to hell to deal with. Such an annoying frustrating irritating person. Did not take anything serious and when she did call twice in that whole period she repeated herself from the last call and she talks like everyone around her is dumb including me the client.l and she knows it all. What a load of you know what. Due to her *********** o cancelled the bond application without getting a reply to MY motivation I sent directly to the bank. No use better bond advertises such high quality of work and services when u have idiot ls like this that don’t care for a second about the clients stress during this process. People like this take the company down. I will tell every friend that will tell their friend and hope it continues that Betterbond is useless due to this person.
