Remarkable service - Liz Neale

Outstanding service from Liz Neale I usually don’t give feedback or provide reviews regarding the service I receive from an institution and their staff. This one is different indeed, and I think that my heart or conscious will not allow me to get away with it.  With the current state of our economy, the banks reservations regarding providing loans to consumers, consumers credit profile, low credit scores, etc…. You would agree it’s pretty hard or difficult to get a 100% home loan from financial institutions. I’m in awe as to the phenomenal service I’ve received from Liz Neale, MY GOD! This woman is God sent, you will never ever find an employee and individual like that ever again. I’m a business development manager by profession and worked with major insurance companies, and I can tell you I never received or came across an individual like this in my life before. Firstly, let me share with you. When we saw the house we already knew that this is our new family home. I could see me and my family living there. After receiving feedback on my wife credit history, I taught for a moment we not getting this house. When Liz came back to me and told me that the 3 major banks including SA homeloans declined us, I already prepared myself for the disappointment. Not knowing that Liz had something up her sleeve…  She came back to us with a 100% homeloan from Std bank. Good and well, however the other problem or dilemma we faced was the transfer and bond registration costs. Secondly, as you know the banks don’t give 100% bonds anymore, and for 2nd, 3rd , 4th and so on buyers funds for transfer and bond registration costs. Guess what!, Liz pulled it off yet again….unbelievable!!!!!!! Liz Neale got us a 100% home loan and R64 000 extra on our bond towards the transfer and bond registration costs.  Now, me and my family will have the privilege to live in the house we want. Thank you to an outstanding lady Liz, that made all this possible. From Mr.DR & ,Mrs. TT Alias, thank you Liz from the bottom of our hearts for making this dream possible and come alive. May God continue to bless you and your family. Continue to great and phenomenal work you do at betterbond. Robert, I don’t know how you guys recognize your employees at Betterbond. All I know this is indeed a BIG one and Liz deserves it……..
