Poor service and consultant **** to me

I was called by Jenine to assist me with a approval. Filled out all the paper work and sent it to her. She then calls me and says she cant assist me because mortgage origin does not help staff members. This is *******. I spoke to mortgage max and they do assist with staff apps. They just dont get paid for staff apps. She so unpleasant and unprofessional. For a financial institution to lie speaks volumes. I am livered. Working at a bank I would never treat my customer like this. I have her email in writing where she **** to my face.
