Outstanding service

The name says it all. The customer service received from both Mokgabo Sebotha and Chaimaine Crawford was extraordinary. They give you regular updates, you call anytime they were available. Chaimaine was very patient as we were first time buyers, so the questions we showered her with were unbearable yet she was patient enough to answer all our questions. I take nothing away from the Betterbond team, except that we felt we were alone toward the end of deal and no queries on the outcomes,processes and pressures we were facing.
