Outstanding service

I would like to rate Ms Sian Reid, who assisted me in obtaining the best interest rate for my bond, wow her service is outstanding, through out the process she has been consistent and there to assist 24/7 from the first day we were introduced by my Agent, she amazed me when she even responded to my emails at midnight over the weekends, this is what I call 5 star service.

To put the cherry on top, she got me the best deal today, 50% bond cost and 50% transfer cost. Her work exceeded my expectations.
