Not better as in their ads

Maybe I got the wrong consultant but this has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with on any level. They don't acknowledge emails, neither do they respond to emails sent asking for feedback. Then I get excuses about a sick grandchild, not my problem! Since then still no acknowledgement or response to emails, I'm trying to get a bond for half of what I qualify for, you would think that would be a walk in the park.
