NEVER USE THEM

15/10/2019 Submitted my application to Betterbond. 7 days after submitting my application and after a few phone calls and emails I found out they had not submitted my application to the banks. Its now 13 days since the application and I still have no response. I receive no calls from Betterbond and must follow up with them daily. Part of the condition on the offer to purchase was that a bond be obtained. The same day I submitted my offer to purchase another offer was made for the same amount. Their bond was approved within 3 days (OOBA- Will defintely use them next time). The seller wants to cancel my offer due to the delays, which means I lose my house . Very dissappointed in Betterbond service.
