Liz @ Better Bond, an absolutely super star!

I just had to scream from the rafters about the AMAZING service I received from Liz @ BetterBond!

I was extremely fortunate to have been nudged towards Liz by my estate agent, admittedly a bit hesitant at first (I usually like to do things for myself).

I reached out to her about my rather unique situation, which required some “out-of-the-box thinking”. Well, what can I say.

From the second Liz responded to my Whatsapp message, to the friendly, professional and reassuring phone call minutes later, I was absolutely blown away!

I’ll admit, at first what she claimed she could achieve for me sounded impossible (and let’s face it – these days service like this is hard to come by, so scepticism sometimes creeps in).

However, she assured me this was her playing field, I then watched on with astonishment as she is very clearly a master of her craft.

Liz was a consummate professional throughout the experience, and more importantly, a complete warrior on my behalf with the banks!

Not only was she responsive, patient, reassuring, friendly, and constantly providing me with feedback (in the end I felt like we’d known each other for years), she not only achieved what she told me she would, but actually EXCEEDED that expectation!

Liz is a VERY valuable asset to BetterBond and I will ensure that I share her details with everybody I know looking to buy a house.
