Lacking customer support

I’m experiencing bad service from betterbond or maybe I got unlucky with the consultant that’s assisting me. They do not acknowledge emails. I called in and I was advised to get hold of my consultant and when i did she still did not respond to my message. I’ve been waiting for betterbond as well as the consultant to respond to me but no joy. I got excellent customer service when I was sighing up but after that, they do not care.I sent emails 3 days ago already no one is responding to me
