Issue with getting pre-approved
I started the process of getting pre-approved for a home loan through Betterbond’s website. During the process, I was told my application couldn’t proceed due to a poor credit score. This was a shock, as I know I should have an excellent score. I investigated and found a *****ulent account in default on my record, which I successfully disputed and had removed. My credit score is now restored, but when I return to Betterbond’s site, I’m still stuck at the same step and can’t continue the application. I need help to move forward now that the error on my credit report has been corrected. Can someone from Betterbond please assist me with this so I can complete my pre-approval?
