How to login to set a bond amount transfer to the bank to transfer to the seller

When trying to login to better bond website and setup the bond trasfer to the bank account and then receive the money into a bank account and transfer the money to the seller and receive the house title deed from the seller for my first home purchase. I get stuck with trolls in my email asking me to make a request for a phone call llike I am a prisoner after university after working many years and they have the power. its really irritaiting. Why doesnt the banking website just alow me to do it. Then the complaints receipts company acts like a mediator and or imparial data acceptance
