Heartfelt Appreciation for Tracey Coates

I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Tracey Coates at BetaBonds. Her dedication, resilience, and sheer brilliance have left a lasting impression on me, and I believe it’s important to acknowledge the extraordinary service she provides.

Eventually, once the necessary documents had been printed in mid-February, I signed—only for the bank to NTU the application.

At that point, I felt uncertain and overwhelmed. Then, as if on cue, Tracey reached out to let me know she had also received the NTU. I explained the situation, and without hesitation, she stepped in once again—just as she had before—to go above and beyond.

What followed was a whirlwind of jumping through hoops, navigating bureaucracy, and frankly, taming lions in the Amazon to get the application reviewed. Thanks to Tracey’s determination, persistence, and incredible know-how, the bank reapproved the application.

Tracey is far beyond what you’d expect from an employee or a consultant—she is exceptional. She genuinely cares about each person she works with, whether they’re securing a home or an investment. She makes you feel like you are not only seen but also truly deserving of the dream you’re working toward.

She is a powerhouse of knowledge in her field, methodical in her process, and relentless in the best possible way. Her unwavering commitment has made all the difference in my journey, and I believe anyone fortunate enough to have her on their team should know just how rare and valuable she is.
