Great Customer Service from Mandie De Beer and Curtis Cornwall :)

My Journey started out with Curtis Cornwall who helped me get my pre approval. He was more than helpful and gave me regular updates on the status of my pre approval and even tried to fast track the process when I told him it was super urgent and he came through. What a guy, he even followed up with me afterwards to see if I found anything or needed any other help.

I then started dealing with the most wonderful lady Mandie De Beer who helped me apply for my bond and got me quotes and an amazing rate. All this was happening at the brink of Christmas but Mandie being as amazing as she is helped me even while on vacation, and not many people out there would be willing to do do. Mandie is a true super star she helped me with joy and enthusiasm even through my silly little questions. Mandie deservers a raise, a promotion and super bonus.
