Great Customer Service
Even though they were unable to assist me, i have received amazing customer service from Thabiso Khumalo. This guy responded to my every email and request, he even took of his own time to stay after hours and complete my profile and provide me with feedback. Once i have rectified the areas he mentioned i would definitely refer back to Better Bond.

Please do give recognition to Thabiso Khumalo for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. I think the fact that it is hard to find good agents who can up hold the companies reputation is hard to find and therefore i strongly feel that he should receive recognition for great service.
