Got better service with Betterbond than with my own private banker!

I was assisted by a very helpful and friendly lady called Boitshoko. She went over and above what I would have expected. She was informative and was able to answer all of my questions and worries, and kept me up to date on all of my requests. (Which was processed so quick by the way) She even stayed late to ensure we get our approval letter by the date we needed it! If I could I would give her 10 stars!
