Going the extra Mile

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Colleen Sharif from betterbond by going thr extra mile to assist us in helping to get an approval from the banks. There was a few issues in the early stages but with her professionalism she sorted it out in a short time period. Colleen constantly communicated to us in time regarding the status of our Home loan application, even when she was sick she made a point by keeping in touch with us regarding the application and processes.
