Extremely frustrated client.

I have sent an application for a homeloan a week ago and am still struggling to get feedback from Princess Ntila. I then contacted her team leader Rozanne Holein, who assured me that she will sort the issue but have gotten no better service from her either. She has given no feedback and did not call me on her commited time of feedback. I am extremely frustrated and very unhappy with their service. If I knew this beforehand, i would never have made use of them.
