Exceptional service from a Better bond consultant

I recently started a home loan application with Betterbond after I felt that another company that I had started with was taking forever to respond to even a mere email. The level of excellent service I recieved from a consultant named Nomcebo Nyati is exceptional, considering the fact that they are working from home, the lady is professional and is willing to assist all the time. Being someone who is in the home owner market for the very first time, I didn't know anything about the process but she made it very easy for me. Even though we have not finalized anything, we are still in the process I am well please with the way she is handling my queries, she doesn't get annoyed by my unending questions and my lack of knowledge. She is always giving feedback constantly and there is no need for me to be constantly reminding her to check on the progress. I really wish everyone could take a leaf from this lady and take their jobs seriously, I really commend her enthusiasm for her work, the attention she pays when doing her job. If anything she is going to be the reason why people chose Better bond to realised their dreams of home ownership. I would like to encourage her to continue with her excellent work ethic
