EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: BETTERBOND KAY RAMPERSAD

Clients rarely make an effort to compliment great service but I feel I should take the time and say the service I received from Kay Rampersad was exceptional, she was polite and understanding. I am a first time home buyer and unsure about many things at best but the way Kay explained the processes was very professional, to be honest I did not only use Betterbond I shopped around and enquired at the competitors (I will mention names) SA Homeloans. I approached SA homeloans the same way I approached Betterbond, withinn 24hrs SA homeloans rejected my bond request and said I needed to have an additional deposit of R250 000 for me to be able to qualify for the loan, at this stage I was extremely doubtful that I would qualify anywer actually, I contacted Kay and asked her professional opinion on my chances, she was honest but hopeful and positive at the same time. The very next day she sent me an email confirming that my home loan was approved, I was so excited I couldn't contain myself. Kay Rampersad definitely went the extra mile. Not everybody will be successful but with betterbond they do put that extra effort in. if its meant to be its meant to be, if its not its not, Betterbond will try their best.
