Exceptional Service

I think it is very important that I detail my experience with BetterBond. It is important as other customers and potential customers should know the quality of the service that BetterBond provides.

I must admit I did not know of BetterBond until my submission a few weeks ago. I remember registering my details on the BetterBond website and within 5 minutes I received a call from yourself (Charmaine Crawford). Both the speed at which I was called back and the first communication with you, I immediately had a very good feeling about the service that I would receive. When Charmaine first communicated with me, it sounded too good to be true that BetterBond had a better chance of getting the bond instead of applying with the commercial banks directly.

During the entire application process, I received impeccable service from you with constant communication with regards to the status of the application. When you called me to share the news of the successful application, I almost fell off my chair in excitement. To have obtained approval from FNB (subject to valuation) is a huge achievement from my perspective. I think both BetterBond and FNB have impressed me a lot with their service.

The whole experience with BetterBond (with Charmaine Crawford specifically) has resulted in me making the decision that all future bonds will be done through BetterBond and I will definitely be recommending BetterBond to all family, friends and colleagues.
