Excellent Service and Staff

Hi<br> <br> I would like to give a huge compliment to the girls (especially Dorriette Steyn) and staff of Betterlife home loans, they have successfully helped me twice now in getting a home loan (within 3-4 days i might add). Today again they have successfully helped me in obtaining a 2nd bond on my existing home loan - also within 3-4 days. i will definitely refer them to everyone i know as they are always friendly, helpful and have a great understanding of what they are doing and of course keep you in the loop as what is going on with your application on a daily basis. I wish some government departments had their customer service skills, thank you so, so much - Lucille
