<p>I app**** for a bond a few months ago and was assisted by Rozanne Holoein. I expected this to be a painful process, Rozanne however made this simple and easy. She kept me updated and informed at all times and went out of her way to assist me. I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a response. What a pleasure to deal with her.</p>
