Don’t waste your time...rather go to the banks on your own

Not a great experience. Did the whole pre-qualification exercise and received my certificate. Used that to put in an offer for less than 60% of the pre qualification certificate. BetterBond then went to the banks and came back with no offers. I then went to ABSA directly and received a favorable loan offer. It was just a bad experience with slow or no feedback from the consultant. They pride themselves for getting the approvals through and saving you the legwork but if i did not do the legwork myself I would till this day have no loan offer. It is shocking that they can get the pre-approval so significantly wrong. Raised this matter with the initial consultant that did the pre qualification who said that they will come back to me that did not happen. In short dont waste your time to go through this emotional rollercoaster.
