Dissatisfied experience

I didn't expect having to run after the bond originator as much as I have.

Is it normally this way, and I just didn't realize it? It's already nervewrecking living in so much anticipation, and now one has to manage the added stress about having to follow up with the bond originator the entire time.

If I'm not satisfied in next week with how it's dealt, then I would like to switch to a completely different bond originating company.
