Disgusting Service, never will I encourage or interact with BetterBond in the future

I had reviewed my preapproval application with Curtis Cornwall who was extremely unprofessional and ***********, there was multiple errors made on my application firstly amounts that was duplicated which decreased my affordability, I had clearly instructed him to continue with the application yet he did so even after my instruction, he was unexperienced and had a don't care tone attitude and when I confirmed that the information relating to the amounts where incorrect he did not comprehend that he had made an error but insisted he was correct only to find out that the amounts had been duplicated by him.
