Disappointing service from BetterBond

I app**** online for bond approval and was pre-approved. However when I app**** through Sandra Jarvis (Port Elizabeth BetterBond) my applications were declined by all institutions. When I queried this, all Sandra could say was, I had changed occupation and this was impacting my application - nevermind the fact that I already had three months pay slips and bank statements verifying my income. After requesting Sandra to please mail all my documentation to the developer's bond originator, a lady by the name of Erica contacted on the 26 November me asking why? So I explained what happened and she said she would draw my file and revert back with feedback. This never happened. So Anchen from Real Estate Services assisted me and I was approved with two institutions. I then went back to Erica asking how this is possible - again she said she would have to investigate and come back to me. AGAIN - no feedback. She must have made contact with the institutions as then both my approvals were retracted to be reconsidered. They asked for further info and I provided this - and again I was approved. I have moved into my new home no thanks to the poor service received from Erica and Sandra at Better Bond. It is now 4 months later - Erica has STILL not reverted back with any sort of feedback as to why my applications were declined with BetterBond (even though I had a pre-approval) yet I was approved with Anchen with the same documentation I provided to Sandra. BetterBond basically cost me my house twice with no explanation or effort from their side. If it were not for Loren and Anchen I would probably just have accepted the decline from Sandra... I would just like to make others aware, that working with Sandra might lead to disappointment.
